Responsibilities
- Provide legal defense in special education cases

- Collaborate with team members across various practice groups
- Maintain compliance with legal standards and regulations
- Manage a caseload with a focus on quality and detail
- Meet billable hour requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in defense, with consideration for plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
- Transferable skills from administrative law or teaching experience
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Barred in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
- Big Law experience is preferred
