Responsibilities
- Engage in defense litigation related to special education law
- Collaborate with various practice groups to address case-specific needs
- Meet a standard billable hour requirement of 1800 hours annually
- Participate in mentorship programs to support professional development
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in law, preferably with a background in special education or related fields
- Experience in defense work, with flexibility to consider plaintiff work based on case specifics
- Graduation from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant advantage
- Experience in administrative law or teacher dismissal cases is valuable
- Background in big law is preferred
