Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in defense of special education cases
• Engage in case management and litigation strategies
• Collaborate with educational professionals and administrative bodies
• Maintain a focus on client advocacy and educational rights
• Meet the firm's billable hour requirements

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in defense law, with a willingness to consider plaintiff work on a case-by-case basis
• Transferable skills from administrative law or education are advantageous
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in multiple states, including California, is a significant asset
• Candidates with a background in social work or teaching are encouraged to apply
• Big Law experience is preferred
