About the role

A Statewide education law firm seeks an experienced Special Education attorney to lead their expanding special education and student services department. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of special education experience, managerial experience, and the ability to handle multiple matters independently. This is a partner track position offering an exciting opportunity for an attorney committed to managing and growing a practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the special education and student services department
• Manage and mentor junior attorneys
• Handle complex legal matters independently
• Develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion

Requirements

• At least 10 years of special education experience
• Managerial experience
• Ability to handle multiple matters independently

Qualifications

• Legal degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Experience in special education law
• Strong leadership and management skills
