Key Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and managing innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging market research and industry insights to attract high-quality candidates.
- Tracking and analyzing sourcing data to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and optimize processes as needed.
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Building candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, email campaigns, and long-term communication with passive candidates.
- Identifying, engaging, and building talent pipelines for critical roles across the organization through various channels such as social media groups, talent communities, professional networks, and referrals.
- Managing EasyApply job postings, driving additional candidates to the automated staffing system in compliance with company policies, corporate initiatives, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Skills/Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior sourcing experience (1+ years preferred)
- Preferred experience with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including EEO requirements
- Preferred proficiency with major sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed
