Sales Specialist, Tool

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to identify needed functionality and requirements on used trucks through interviews performed in person, email, and via phone
  • Partner with production to ensure vehicles meet customer expectations and requirements
  • Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure quality, layout, and functionality
  • Follow up with customers to ensure vehicle performance and capabilities meet their expectations

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and appreciation for CRM systems, manufacturing software, project management software, spreadsheet applications and word document applications
  • Talent for developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university, or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
