Skills

• Good experience with Microsoft Excel
• Stakeholder communication and management
• Sourcing
• Communicating Purchasing systems with Ariba - preferred
• DocuSign - Preferred
• Negotiations experience (Good to have)
• Contract Management
• Software - On prem and Cloud (3-4 years of experience can be fine)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree - not required
• Procurement experience
• Experience in technology category is very helpful
• Technology Sourcing - 2-3 years of experience
• Microsoft Office
• Ariba Experience
• Clear Communication

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience in using analytical and problem-solving tools such as Microsoft Excel
• Experience in contract management
• Experience in stakeholder relationship management and effective communication with senior management
• Experience in purchasing systems and organizational interfaces (including Ariba, Coupa, DocuSign, and Oracle)
• Experience working in a global and matrix organization

Pay

This is a 6+ months contract position.

Schedule

The position is a hybrid position to be based in our Austin, TX office location. Visa requires at least 3 days in office.
