This role helps lead sourcing strategies that support Private Brand growth and operational excellence. Daily work includes negotiating pricing with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and driving category goals through fact-based decision making. Your contributions influence cost efficiencies, product quality, and overall sourcing performance.

The position also supports supplier onboarding, production planning, and cross-functional alignment to meet seasonal timelines. Through this work, you help ensure timely delivery, strong supplier performance, and best-in-class sourcing practices.

Who You Will Work With

This role works closely with Merchants, Suppliers, Production, and cross-functional partners to support sourcing strategies and operational goals. Collaboration includes partnering with logistics, quality teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of sourcing, product development, buying, planning, or production management experience
• Experience leading sourcing project initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and make effective decisions
• Knowledge of cost modeling, quality assurance, import logistics, customs, and factory compliance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Ability to develop and execute strategic category goals
• A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

• Ability to work flexible hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 5% travel required
