Sonic Shift Manager - 3rd Shift

About the role

Join us as a 3rd shift Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands. As a Shift Manager, you’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, schedule staff, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by aligning with the brand’s mission and values.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
