Sonic Shift Manager - 3rd Shift

About the role

As a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, you’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. This role offers paid training, shift meal discounts, medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, and access to KBP Cares.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely and effectively.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
