Solutions Portfolio Lead, Cloud and Security

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the company’s expert point of view for learning solutions
• Design solution products including audience scope and business outcomes
• Identify necessary frameworks and messaging for successful customer outcomes
• Maintain a 12-18 month roadmap for Cloud and Security solutions
• Continuously test and iterate solution designs using data and experiments
• Partner with Sales on opportunity strategy and competitive plays
• Engage and collaborate with subject matter experts to elevate learning experiences

Qualifications

• 8+ years in curriculum development, instructional design, or related fields
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity technologies
• Proven history in crafting curricula with measurable outcomes for technical audiences
• Experience working with enterprise sales to shape multi-stakeholder deals
• Data-informed decision-making using learner outcomes and engagement metrics
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
• Deep insight into how learning solutions align with business priorities

Pay

$110,200 – $145,000 annually
