Responsibilities
- Define and own the company’s expert point of view for solution offerings
- Design solution products with clear scopes, audiences, and business outcomes
- Ensure successful outcomes through frameworks, courses, and program management
- Maintain a strategic 12-18 month roadmap for solutions in the AI domain
- Test and iterate solution designs using data-driven experiments
- Lead quarterly business reviews focused on solution-level benchmarks
- Monitor technical expertise changes and update the portfolio accordingly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in curriculum development or related field
- Experience in defining and launching SaaS solutions
- Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies
- Prioritization of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement skills
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their operationalization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
