About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Solutions Portfolio Lead, AI to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the strategy and development of AI-focused solutions that support customer learning outcomes and business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of curriculum, packaged solution, and SaaS product thinking to help translate market needs into compelling offerings. You will work closely with product, commercial, and customer-facing teams to define the roadmap, refine messaging, and improve solution performance through data and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the expert perspective used to guide solution development
• Design comprehensive solution offerings that address market needs and customer outcomes
• Identify and implement effective frameworks, messaging, and programs that support customer success
• Maintain a strategic roadmap for solutions and anticipate market shifts
• Iterate on solution design using data and experimental feedback
• Manage benchmarks and overall performance metrics for solutions
• Partner with sales on strategic opportunities and customer engagement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in curriculum development or a related field
• Proven experience defining and launching packaged solutions in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and curriculum design
• Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across product and commercial functions
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and enterprise learning solutions
• Data-informed decision-making skills to improve program quality

Pay

$133,000 – $175,000 annually
