About the role
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on turning complex business challenges into practical, AI-powered solutions. You will work across multiple functions to discover opportunities, design solutions, and deliver AI-enabled workflows, agents, automations, and tools that create measurable business value. The role combines hands-on solution development with consulting, product thinking, stakeholder partnership, and change management. You will help teams adopt emerging AI capabilities while balancing usability, scalability, security, governance, and enterprise standards. A key part of the role is identifying successful approaches and turning them into reusable patterns, playbooks, and best practices. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where ambiguity is common and rapid experimentation is encouraged. This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping enterprise AI adoption and improving how teams work through technology.
Accountabilities
- Lead AI solution discovery and strategy: Act as a trusted AI expert for functional leaders and subject matter experts, identifying business friction, clarifying ambiguous needs, and translating high-value opportunities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Design and deliver AI solutions: Own the end-to-end discovery, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI agents, skills, workflows, automations, prompt-based solutions, and related tools.
- Balance business and technical priorities: Ensure solutions deliver meaningful business value while considering usability, speed, scalability, enterprise architecture, security, and governance requirements.
- Partner with end users: Work closely with stakeholders throughout development to understand workflows, validate requirements, gather feedback, support adoption, and incorporate change-management considerations.
- Build reusable frameworks: Create solution patterns, playbooks, templates, documentation, and best practices that allow successful approaches to scale across teams and reduce duplicated effort.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives: Collaborate with AI leadership, technology partners, and business stakeholders to identify dependencies, address data or infrastructure needs, and ensure alignment with broader transformation objectives.
- Measure and optimize outcomes: Evaluate solutions through user feedback, adoption, business outcomes, and other relevant metrics, recommending improvements based on results and emerging AI capabilities.
- Stay current on AI innovation: Continuously monitor new AI capabilities, techniques, tools, and practices and rapidly assess how they can be applied to organizational workflows and business challenges.
- Manage multiple priorities: Operate independently across concurrent initiatives while maintaining strong organization, documentation, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Support enterprise AI transformation: Contribute insights, recommendations, and scalable practices that help advance the organization's broader AI strategy.
Requirements
- Applied AI expertise: Strong proficiency with practical artificial intelligence concepts and tools, including AI agents, workflow automation, prompt-based solutions, skills, and related approaches.
- Problem-solving ability: Demonstrated ability to translate complex or ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, solution concepts, and working deliverables, particularly when established precedents are limited.
- Product mindset: Strong ability to balance user needs, business value, technical feasibility, speed, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Solution-building skills: Comfortable rapidly developing and iterating practical solutions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining appropriate quality and attention to detail.

- Relevant professional background: Experience in product management, project management, business analytics, go-to-market strategy, consulting, or business transformation is advantageous.
