Solutions Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will own the roadmap and delivery of financial software solutions that support critical operational needs in healthcare-adjacent environments. You will partner closely with engineering, QA, support, and client stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements into well-defined product enhancements. The position calls for strong product leadership, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution from concept through launch. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for financial solutions Drive feature development and launch from concept to delivery Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters affecting billing and financial reporting Define functional specifications, requirements, and user stories for new features and regulatory changes Collect and manage requirements from clients and stakeholders across product releases Collaborate with engineering, QA, and support to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget Manage execution of roadmaps and development schedules for solution areas Qualifications 5+ years in product management or healthcare IT, or equivalent experience in hospital revenue cycle and finance operations Knowledge of hospital revenue cycle processes and accounting functions Familiarity with healthcare financial regulatory requirements and the ability to translate them into product needs Proficiency in writing clear requirements and communicating across varied audiences Experience collaborating with development, QA, and client-facing teams throughout the product lifecycle Strong organizational abilities for managing multiple priorities and releases Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Benefits Fully remote position with flexible working hours Opportunity to own impactful products that benefit community hospitals Collaborative team environment with mentorship and growth opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
