Solutions Engineer - West

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer - West to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will partner closely with sales teams to guide technical discovery, shape architecture discussions, and support proofs of concept across the pre-sales lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, translating complex product capabilities into clear business value for both executive and technical audiences. The position also involves gathering customer feedback, collaborating with internal product and engineering partners, and helping scale technical enablement across the region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $145,500 – $200,090 annually Responsibilities Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and proof-of-concept work throughout the pre-sales lifecycle Collaborate with Account Executives to create compelling technical value propositions Deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops for C-level and technical stakeholders Build trust with customers and identify technical champions as a strategic advisor Relay customer feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams to help influence the roadmap Lead technical initiatives across regions and enhance tools for global scalability Mentor junior team members and share industry best practices within the SE team Maintain deep knowledge of the company's offerings and industry trends Qualifications 8+ years in solutions engineering or a similar customer-facing role Experience with SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps Expertise in at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Proven track record in leading proofs of concept and developing technical champions Strong communication and presentation skills with a history of industry leadership Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience Experience with security compliance frameworks such as PII, PCI, or HIPAA is advantageous Benefits Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) offered Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance Mental health benefits included Culture that emphasizes trust and transparency Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
