  • Experience in working hands on with REST API's, SOAP API's is a plus.
  • Experience with CCaaS, voice technology, telephony, speech services, or Conversational AI is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to build and maintain workflows that connect multiple systems.
  • Comfortable reading API documentation and translating it into real-world solutions.
  • Technical curiosity & problem-solving.

What you will do

  • Technical Delivery & Integration
    • Design, build, and optimize Generative AI to enable safe, reliable LLM-powered automation.
    • Build API-based workflows across customer environments using Javascript.
    • Lead the technical delivery of voice automation projects for enterprise customers.
    • Configure and optimize speech services (STT/TTS), audio streaming, and telephony components.
    • Integrate Boost.ai with CCaaS platforms, CRMs, ticketing systems, and other third-party technologies.
    • Support deployments across channels such as PSTN, SIP, and WebRTC.
  • Customer Engagement & Advocacy
    • Educate customers to independently build technically complex user journeys to drive Automation and User Experience.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their goals and identify opportunities to apply generative and voice automation effectively.
    • Share customer success stories, implementation patterns, and technical learnings internally to help strengthen our delivery excellence.
  • Pre-Sales & Scope Definition
    • Partner with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Consultants to scope Statements of Work (SOWs) and validate technical feasibility.
    • Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep dives with prospects and customers.
    • Translate customer goals and complex requirements into clear, structured solution approaches.

Salary

$90,000 - $120,000 USD (yearly)
