Solutions Consultant, Emerging Enterprise, General Business

About the role

Braze is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant for our Emerging Enterprise, General Business segment, servicing our Americas book of business. This role is critical for technical thought leadership and collaboration with sales, marketing, security, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Position new BrazeAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents, and more, to sophisticated customers.
• Collaborate with teammates across all departments to support our customers.
• Stimulate intellectual curiosity and challenge oneself with opportunities to learn more about tech.
• Serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team.
• Travel up to 50% of the time, primarily based in Chicago.

Requirements

• Experience selling into sophisticated accounts with a Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.
• Domain knowledge of AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is expected to be between $79,100-$112,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $113,000-$160,000/year (including bonus or commission).

Schedule

This role is based in our Chicago office and requires some travel, at most 50% at peak times.
