Solutions Consultant, Emerging Enterprise, General Business

About the role

Braze is seeking a Solutions Consultant for our Emerging Enterprise, General Business segment, servicing our Americas book of business. This role is based in our San Francisco office and involves some travel.

Responsibilities

• Be a technical thought leader across General Business verticals, customer types, and geographic markets
• Collaborate with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams
• Partner with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams
• Serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team
• Position BrazeAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents, and more, to our most sophisticated customers
• Support your teammates across all departments

Requirements

• Experience selling into sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering teams
• Domain knowledge of AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is between $83,300-$119,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $119,000-$170,000/year (including bonus or commission).

Schedule

The role is based in San Francisco and involves some travel, at most 50% at peak times.
