About the role

Braze is seeking a Solutions Consultant for its Emerging Enterprise, General Business segment, serving the Americas book of business. This role involves being a trusted advisor during the sales process, leveraging extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to build strong foundations for long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Positioning Braze’s new BrazeAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents, and more, to sophisticated customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to expand thought leadership skills.
  • Partner with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams to ensure strong foundations are laid pre-sales.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to prospective customers during the sales process.
  • Be a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team.

Requirements

  • Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action in the face of change.
  • Experience selling into sophisticated accounts with a Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team.
  • Domain knowledge of AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is expected to be between $83,300-$119,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $119,000-$170,000/year (including bonus or commission).

Schedule

This role requires some travel, at most 50% at peak times, and is based in the New York office.
