About the role
Braze is seeking a Solutions Consultant for its Emerging Enterprise, General Business segment, serving its Americas book of business. This role involves advising prospective customers during the sales process, leveraging extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Position new BrazeAI capabilities, including AI Decisioning Studio, AI Content Optimizer, AI Agents, and more, to sophisticated customers.
- Collaborate with teammates across all departments to support our customers.
- Champion intellectual curiosity and continuous learning within the team.
- Partner with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams to enhance customer relationships and drive business outcomes.
- Mentor other Solutions Consultants on the team.
Requirements
- Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
- High-level curiosity about technology and a bias toward action in the face of change.
- Domain knowledge of AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, or Programming.
Qualifications
- Excellence in written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to build customer confidence in Braze's capabilities and team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The starting salary range for this position is between $75,600-$108,500/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $108,000-$155,000/year (including bonus or commission).
Schedule
The role requires some travel, at most 50% at peak times, and is based in the Austin office.
