Qualifications

• Solutions Architect I: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of IT experience including 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and 3 years designing end-to-end solutions in complex environments. Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration patterns.
• Solutions Architect II: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of IT experience including 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and 5 years designing enterprise-scale solutions in complex environments. Deep understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, integration architecture, and legacy modernization.

• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence without direct authority, and strong mentoring instincts.

What You Will Do

• Lead the technical direction for Corporate Solutions architecture, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, Archiving, Middleware, and Integration platforms.
• Design scalable, modern solutions that replace highly customized legacy implementations with architectures that are simpler, more maintainable, and built to grow.
• Evaluate third-party platforms and make well-reasoned build vs. buy recommendations.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders and executive audiences, and translate business strategy into actionable technical direction.

Pay and Benefits

• Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: Solutions Architect I - $114K - $143K/year, Solutions Architect II - $140K - $175K/year, Bonus Target 15%.
• North Dakota: Solutions Architect I - $114,000 - $150,000, Solutions Architect II - $130,000 - $172,000, Bonus Target 20%.
