Qualifications

• Solutions Architect I: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of IT experience including 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and 3 years designing end-to-end solutions in complex environments. Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration patterns is required.
• Solutions Architect II: Advanced degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of IT experience including 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and 5 years designing enterprise-scale solutions in complex environments. Deep understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, integration architecture, and legacy modernization is required.

Skills and Attributes

• Technical Depth: Experience with enterprise application ecosystems, integration architecture, and legacy modernization; proficiency in modern development languages, experience with AWS and Azure services, and experience with AI solutions.
• Architecture and Modernization: Ability to assess legacy environments, identify technical debt, and develop modernization roadmaps; experience with BPM and BRE.
• Ledgure and Communication: Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and mentoring instincts.

What You Will Do

• Technical Authority: Serve as the technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture.
• Modernization: Lead evaluation of existing integrations, design scalable solutions, and evaluate AI solutions.
• Project Management: Provide hands-on technical guidance, audit project status, and mentor engineers.
• Documentation: Document solutions clearly within the EA Modeling Environment and participate in architecture governance.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range for the Solutions Architect I is $114K - $143K/year, and for the Solutions Architect II is $140K - $175K/year. Bonuses are 15% for the Solutions Architect I and 20% for the Solutions Architect II.
