Qualifications
- Solutions Architect I: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus seven years of IT experience including a minimum of two years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and at least three years designing end-to-end solutions in complex environments.
- Solutions Architect II: Advanced degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus seven years of IT experience including a minimum of two years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and at least five years designing enterprise-scale solutions in complex environments.
Skills and Attributes
- Technical Depth: Demonstrated experience with enterprise application ecosystems, integration architecture, and legacy modernization.
- Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence without direct authority, and strong mentoring instincts.
What You Will Do
- Lead the technical direction for Corporate Solutions architecture, including Finance, Legal, Compliance, Imaging, Archiving, Middleware, and Integration platforms.
- Develop modernization roadmaps and evaluate third-party platforms and AI solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and business stakeholders to guide the implementation of new solutions.
- Mentor engineers and architects to contribute to the upskilling of a 30–40 person organization.
