Qualifications

• Solutions Architect I: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of IT experience including 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and 3 years designing end-to-end solutions in complex environments. Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and integration patterns.
• Solutions Architect II: Advanced degree preferred, Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of IT experience including 2 years of technical leadership and architecture experience, and 5 years designing enterprise-scale solutions in complex environments. Deep understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, integration architecture, and legacy modernization.

Skills and Attributes

• Technical Depth: Experience with enterprise application ecosystems, integration architecture, and legacy modernization.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence without direct authority, and strong mentoring instincts.

What You Will Do

• Technical Authority: Serve as the technical authority for Corporate Solutions architecture.
• Modernization: Lead modernization efforts, including AI solutions and third-party platform evaluations.
• Project Management: Audit project status, provide hands-on technical guidance, and mentor engineers.

Pay and Benefits

• Payscale: Varies based on location and experience.
• Bonus: 15% for Solutions Architect I, 20% for Solutions Architect II.
