Solutions Advisor III
About the role
As a Solutions Advisor III at Dayforce, you will play a critical role in demonstrating how our technology solutions solve complex business challenges for mid-market, enterprise, and large enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted consultant to both internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding strategic conversations and positioning Dayforce as a transformational partner.
Responsibilities
- Mentor junior Solution Advisors and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.
- Engage executive stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Position Dayforce as a strategic solution for enterprise digital and workforce transformation.
- Apply financial and strategic acumen to articulate ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and value-based selling strategies.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and major events.
- Demonstrate deep expertise across at least three Dayforce domains and translate technical capabilities into measurable business value.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive aligned outcomes.
- Address industry regulations, global workforce complexities, and cross-border payroll considerations in solution design.
- Guide customers through organizational change, workforce transformation, and technology adoption initiatives.
- Support complex demonstrations and solution storytelling aligned to strategic customer objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, pre-sales, account management, or solutions consulting.
- Experience in the HCM or SaaS space as either a vendor or customer.
- D2W (Demo2Win) Certification.
- SNP (Smart Nice People) Certification.
- HCM-related industry certifications such as SHRM-CP, PMP, CPP, FPC, CEBS, or Six Sigma.
- Ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and certifications.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
Qualifications
- Deep multi-module Dayforce expertise with advanced demo and storytelling capabilities.
- Strong financial modeling and value engineering experience.
- Recognized thought leadership contributions within HCM or SaaS communities.
- Experience supporting global, multi-country workforce solutions.
Skills
