ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Order processing, Returns, inventory control
- Order Desk responsibility: Purchase Orders, Credit and Rebills, Software Licensing
- Create, Manage of software licensing to our customers and employees.
- Customer profile management.
- Software Media Maintenance - Management of Software Master CD's to make sure they correctly organized and required info is on each disk. Also backing UP CD's.
- Quality Control - Responsible for evaluating the quality of the orders are correct, have all required materials and good presentation.
- Inventory control - Will be involved in software inventory activities
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Alternate Back up Phone Reception (when needed)
- Answer incoming calls and filter accordingly forward to correct personnel when Reception is not present.
SKILLS
- Microsoft Word
- Outlook
- Excel
- Order Processing experience and record management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge Order Processing (Review of Purchase Orders, order processing, credit and rebills, returns, receiving)
- Inventory control a plus
- Windows XP knowledge.
