Order Processing Specialist

About the Role

CSAT Solutions is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of an Order Processing Specialist. This position requires some knowledge of computer components and involves monitoring, scheduling, and processing orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and schedules all orders being received to ensure proper fulfillment.
• Performs data entry for manual orders, including single and bulk order uploads.
• Analyzes manual order submissions for issues like incorrect addresses, order details, stock limitations, and capacity constraints, providing feedback to designated parties.
• Supports operations by identifying orders at risk of missing fulfillment deadlines and communicating with relevant parties.
• Orders required materials from the warehouse to ensure availability for fulfillment.
• Evaluates order configuration change requests, provides impact analysis, and implements approved changes.
• Troubleshoots order fulfillment errors related to system configuration settings on a customer-by-customer basis.
• Maintains all order documentation pertaining to customer fulfillment.
• Manages part ordering configurations and substitute part logic for fulfillment.
• Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality system requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a related field, preferred.
• Experience in electronics repair or manufacturing environment, preferred.
• Proficient English abilities required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in email, written messaging, and basic Excel knowledge.
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards, and policies.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods, preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with close supervision.

Working Conditions

• Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled).
• Lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
• Push/pull up to 10 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, bending, and twisting.
• Occasional stooping or crouching.
• Use of small hand tools.
