Responsibilities
- Patient intake and documentation review
- Patient/Physician/Facility communication and instruction adhering to our 24/72/24-hour promise
- Clean sales order creation and dispensing
- Doctor line calls
- General respiratory order processing duties
- General DME order processing duties
- Attendance at weekly team meetings
- All other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Microsoft office experience, preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information through speech and writing
- Problem solving skills
- Conflict resolution
- High level of attention to detail
- Process adherence
- Process improvement
- Conflict resolution with customers/providers is vital in this seat
- Ability to work independently and as a team
Schedule
You will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
