Order Processing Specialist

About the role

The Order Processing Specialist serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the manufacturing organization, managing customer orders from initial receipt through shipment. This role coordinates closely with production, planning, quality, shipping, and sales teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory is managed effectively, and customers receive timely, clear communication throughout the entire order lifecycle. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belmont, NC, with a planned move to McAdenville later in 2026. The facility operates in a high mix, low volume environment producing a wide variety of products, emphasizing learning and understanding numerous product lines.
