Socialfaglig koordinator med stærk myndighedsfaglighed og blik for kvalitet til Din Sociale Indgang
About the role
As a cross-functional social-professional coordinator, you will have professional leadership responsibilities without personnel management. The role combines deep professional expertise with significant leadership influence. You will join the leadership team of the Skoleliv department and play a central role in the overall management and professional development of DSI VVK.
Your primary task is to develop and ensure the quality of responses to complaints and recommendations to the Children and Youth Committee, in close collaboration with team leaders and the department head. You will serve as VVK's permanent leadership representative in the committee, giving you insight and influence across the most critical cases affecting the children and families we work with.
Additionally, you will be part of the daily professional leadership of the unit through mentoring and meetings with advisors. Over time, we expect you to take responsibility for development projects that align with your skills and the unit's needs. The role also includes shared leadership of our operational on-call duty with a coordinator colleague. During peak periods, you may need to contribute more directly to task resolution as part of a leadership collective that prioritizes the most important tasks together.
We expect flexibility during busy periods but offer a role with real professional and leadership influence in a unit that takes both quality and collegial collaboration seriously.
