Job Description

Center for Aktivitet, Beskæftigelse og Støtte i Egen Bolig (CABS) is seeking a Social Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is part of a newly formed organization that combines social psychology and disability services.

About the Role

As a Social Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality social-psychological support services in accordance with service laws. You will work closely with service providers, department heads, counselors, municipal departments, and other partners across the center and Social Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Varying roles as a sparring partner for leaders and staff on the social psychology sector.
  • Supporting the implementation of professional methods, approaches, and development initiatives.
  • Qualifying documentation practices in DOMUS and ensuring coherence between service goals, milestones, and documentation.
  • Contributing to quality assurance of documentation and supporting a systematic and lawful practice.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data for professional follow-up, quality improvement, and control.
  • Developing and maintaining professional guidelines, work processes, and tools.
  • Planning and facilitating professional meetings, seminars, and learning activities.
  • Collaborating with the Social Psychology Coordinator on disability-related issues for joint professional efforts and quality improvement.
  • Contributing to the implementation of new knowledge, legislation, and professional methods in practice.

Requirements

  • A relevant bachelor's degree in social psychology, preferably supplemented with a relevant further education.
  • Experience in social psychology and a thorough understanding of the target group.
  • Experience with quality improvement, documentation, implementation, or professional support.
  • An interest in new evidence-based methods and the ability to present these to leaders and staff.
  • A strong foundation in social psychology and high professional integrity.
  • The ability to foster relationships and strong collaboration without formal administrative responsibilities.
  • The capacity to maintain structure and overview in complex situations.
  • An eagerness to learn new knowledge and motivated to apply it in practice.
  • The ability to balance operations, quality assurance, and development.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and meet others with respect and professionalism.

Pay and Schedule

The position is a full-time permanent role with a weekly work schedule of 37 hours starting October 1, 2026. Compensation and terms follow current agreements and principles of local wage adjustment. References and references will be considered during the hiring process.
