Social Worker - MSW

About the role

The Social Worker-MSW assesses transplant candidates' suitability, provides counseling, facilitates group therapy, and supports patients and families through diagnostic evaluation, therapeutic counseling, and resource referral.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and re-evaluation assessments
• Offer individual, family, and group counseling
• Refer clients to community resources to promote compliance with medical regimens
• Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

Master's Degree in social work with at least one year of clinical experience.

Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle complex relations with patients and staff
• Proficiency with basic computer and office equipment
