Social Worker - MSW

Provides psychosocial services to dialysis patients, supporting their emotional, psychological, and behavioral well-being. Collaborates with the healthcare team to promote patient adjustment, rehabilitation, and quality of life, ensuring comprehensive care in line with quality indicators and improvement activities. This entry-level MSW position involves patient assessment, care planning, counseling, education, and resource referral to address barriers, enhance adherence, and facilitate transplant processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and support treatment adherence
• Educate patients and families about disease management
• Assist with insurance and financial issues
• Provide staff training and participate in quality reviews
• Adhere to policies and documentation standards

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work
• Valid state license
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $71,000 to $101,000, with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and parental leave.
