Social Worker MSW and Social Worker LCSW

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Worker to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and advocacy for patients and support systems. Depending on qualifications, roles include:

• CSWA Social Worker: Under supervision, performs assessments, develops person-centered care plans, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, respecting patient self-determination and adhering to NASW standards.
• LCSW: Independently conducts assessments, diagnoses, and treatment, working across inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on reducing health disparities and promoting ethical practice.

Qualifications

• CSWA Role: MSW and Oregon Clinical Social Worker Associate License (CSWA) within 60 days.
• LCSW Role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with relevant state licenses and at least 2 years of social work experience.

Preferred Experience: Clinical work in healthcare, hospice, bereavement, or acute care settings.
