Social Worker LCSW and MSW

About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnosis, and interventions to patients and their support systems. You will develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, respecting patient self-determination and working to reduce health disparities.

Responsibilities

• For Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW):
  • Conduct independent assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
  • Adhere to NASW standards with a focus on behavioral change and neurobiology concepts
  • Collaborate across departments to serve diverse inpatient and outpatient populations
• For Social Worker MSWs (under supervision):
  • Develop skills through similar responsibilities with a focus on supporting care planning
  • Adhere to ethical standards while contributing to interdisciplinary care

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Relevant licensure (Oregon or state-specific)
• Prior experience in healthcare settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in care management
• Clinical work in acute, hospice, or bereavement care
