About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for on-call night shift coverage.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and provide treatment, interventions, and advocacy for patients and their support systems.
- Apply theories related to lifespan development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.
- Collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-informed, person-centered care plans across the care continuum.
- Provide clinical social work services, support patient-centered care, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited or candidacy-status school.
- Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
- Relevant social work experience, including CSWA experience preferred.
Pay
$41.63 - $64.63 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials and bonuses.
