About the role
Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for part-time day shift at a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and interventions.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based, person-centered care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Working closely with inpatient and outpatient populations across various departments.
- Respecting patient self-determination, reducing health disparities, and adhering to ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited or candidacy status school.
- Oregon or Washington Clinical Social Worker License upon hire, plus license in states where care is provided.
- At least 2 years of relevant social work experience, including CSWA experience is acceptable.

Pay
