About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and interventions for patients and their support systems. In this role, you will collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered care plans across the care continuum, respecting patient self-determination and reducing health disparities.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments
- Provide treatment and advocacy
- Work closely with various departments to serve diverse inpatient and outpatient populations
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited or candidacy CSWE program
- Active Oregon or Washington Clinical Social Worker License, or equivalent in care locations
- At least 2 years of relevant social work experience
Skills
- Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment skills
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of behavioral health, neurobiology, and lifespan development theories
- Commitment to ethical practice and reducing health disparities
Pay
This on-site, day-shift role offers a pay range of $41.63 - $64.63 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials and bonuses.
