We need to output HTML fragment with sections: use

for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role? The posting includes "Job Objective" and description. Could be "About the role" or "Job Objective". Use heading "About the role" maybe. - Responsibilities: there is a long list. - Requirements/Qualifications: there is "Minimum Qualifications Summary", "Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements", "Education & Certification". Could combine into "Qualifications" or "Requirements". Use heading "Requirements" maybe. - Skills: there is a list of abilities etc. Could be "Skills". - Benefits: not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not include Benefits heading. - Pay: not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: mentions "full-time position requires availability to work Monday – Friday day shift, specific hours determined by the ERO HQ and the Field Office". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Also there is "Work Location: Folkston, GA". Could be part of About the role or maybe separate but not a required heading. Could include in About the role paragraph. Also there is "About Lukos" description about company. That could be "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Could be part of About the role? Probably we can include as a paragraph under About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. There's none. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info: include details about certification, education, language, experience, job objective, responsibilities list, requirements, technical requirements, skills, physical demands, duty hours, travel, education & certification details, work location, company description. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep specifics. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must not include headings with filler text. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Job Objective: The Custody and Resource Coordinator (CRC) assists ERO Field Office and detention facility staff in maintaining a safe detention environment. The CRC also provides services and support to individuals on issues that commonly affect the ICE detained population and ICE mission such as responsive support to victims, trauma, sexual abuse and assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, and medical and mental health care. The duty location of each CRC will be at a designated ICE detention facility or ICE office. At each duty location, the CRC will be responsible for supporting ERO Field office and facility staff in their daily duties.

    Work Location: Folkston, GA

About Lukos: Lukos delivers professional services to the Department of Defense. Lukos has been one of the most successful and most diversified support companies for US Special Operations Command and its components for over a decade. Since our founding, we have grown to support all military services and multiple federal civilian agencies. About Our Name: Lukos is ancient Greek for “wolf”. The characteristics of the wolf match our approach to national security. The wolf is known for cunning, aggression, patience, and teamwork. An individual wolf is smart, strong, and resilient, but the true strength of wolves is their ability to work together as a wolfpack. Kipling said it best in The Law of the Jungle. "For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack."

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Assist ERO and detention facility staff as a resource to facilitate the compliance of applicable agency policies and detention standards.
    • Facilitate discussions and communicate directly with detained noncitizens. • Develop and maintain a national resource database of resources (in and outside of the United States) for CRC and ERO Officer use to facilitate the release and removal of noncitizens booked out of ICE custody.
Then Requirements/Qualifications: We have Minimum Qualifications Summary, Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements, Education & Certification. We could combine into a single

    Qualifications

with subpoints? But we must use only

for section headings, not subheadings. We can still have paragraphs and lists inside. Let's create:

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications Summary

    • Certification & Education: Degree issuing institution and or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
    • Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

    Experience Required

    • At least two (2) years of related experience (e.g., experience providing services to victims, trauma-informed programming, experience working with immigrants or foreign‑born individuals) and have knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures and requirements conducting a case management program at a local level.
    • Experience working in or with victims or individuals in a confinement or custodial setting.
    • At least two (2) years of experience providing services to vulnerable populations.
    • Experience with and an understanding of situations that contribute to family/individual stress, problems and crisis situations.
    Then maybe a separate

    Technical Requirements

but we only have allowed headings list; Technical Requirements not in list. Could fold into Qualifications or Requirements. Since we already have Qualifications, we can add Technical Requirements under same heading as more list items. Add:

    Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements

    • Knowledge of the case management process commensurate with training and education at a minimum at the bachelor’s level.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
    • Ability to work in a multi‑cultural and multi‑lingual environment.
    • Ability to utilize telephonic interpreter/translation services to complete assigned duties if not fluent in a language the noncitizen understands.
    • Ability to adapt to sudden changes in schedules and flexibility in work requirements.
    • Ability to communicate proficiently in English (verbal and written) in order to develop positive rapport with patients, co‑workers and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in a multidisciplinary environment.

    • Experience in a detention/correctional or residential healthcare setting (preferred, not required).
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to create and manage projects.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Critical thinking skills.
    • Cultural competency.
    • Integrity and honesty.
    Then Education & Certification:

    Education & Certification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
    • Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
    • Maintains current certification in either the American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS) or the American Red Cross CPR/BLS Course.
    • As per CDC guidelines – candidates must provide proof of a negative TB skin test, as well immunization from the following diseases: Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
Then Skills: we have many abilities listed already; but we could create a Skills section summarizing the abilities like "Strong oral and written communication skills", etc. However we already included many under Technical Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we create a Skills section for the soft skills: "Strong oral and written communication skills", "Ability to create and manage projects", "Excellent interpersonal skills", "Critical thinking skills", "Cultural competency", "Integrity and honesty". But those are already in Technical Requirements list. To avoid duplication, we could omit Skills section and keep them under Qualifications/Technical Requirements. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can keep Qualifications as one big section covering all. Then Schedule:

    Schedule

This full‑time position requires availability to work Monday – Friday day shift, specific hours determined by the ERO HQ and the Field Office.

Also Travel: Travel requirement mentioned: "Workday travel and/or overnight travel may be required to perform some of the assigned duties, especially during surge support in designated ICE locations during crisis situations, Travel is reimbursed." This could be part of Schedule or a separate section but not in allowed headings. Could add to Schedule paragraph. Add to Schedule paragraph: "Workday travel and/or overnight travel may be required to perform some of the assigned duties, especially during surge support in designated ICE locations during crisis situations; travel is reimbursed." Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-C
