OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). The posting includes many details: Minimum Qualifications Summary, Certification & Education, Experience Required, Job Objective, Responsibilities, Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements, Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements, Travel Requirement, Education & Certification, Work Location, About Lukos (company description). We need to map to sections.
We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe Job Objective), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications Summary + Certification & Education + Experience Required), Qualifications (maybe Education & Certification), Skills (maybe Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements + physical demands?), Benefits (none explicit), Pay (none), Schedule (maybe Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements includes schedule: Monday-Friday day shift). Travel Requirement maybe part of Schedule? But we only create Schedule if posting actually states them. It does state schedule: "This full-time position requires availability to work Monday – Friday day shift, specific hours determined by the ERO HQ and the Field Office". So we can include Schedule section with that.
Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section.
Pay: Not mentioned. So no Pay.
Thus sections: About the role (Job Objective), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Minimum Qualifications Summary, Certification & Education, Experience Required), Qualifications (Education & Certification), Skills (Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements + Physical Demands?), Schedule.
But we must avoid thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we need to follow headings list; we can include only those with content. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into a single "Requirements" section that includes education, experience, certifications. But the instruction says use headings for those categories; we can still include both if they have content. However "prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine education/experience/certifications into Requirements, and skills into Skills, schedule into Schedule, responsibilities separate, about the role separate. That's 5 sections.
Let's extract content.
About the role: Job Objective paragraph.
Responsibilities: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We'll put in
- .
Requirements: includes Minimum Qualifications Summary (Certification & Education, Experience Required). Also maybe Physical Demands? But Physical Demands is more about schedule/duty hours; we put that in Schedule. So Requirements: education (Bachelor's in Social work, Psychology, or equivalent; Master's preferred), fluency in English and Spanish, experience: at least 2 years related experience (victims, trauma-informed programming, immigrants, confinement setting, vulnerable populations, stress/crisis situations). Also maybe knowledge of program objectives etc. We'll capture all.
Skills: Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements list: knowledge of case management process, ability to work multicultural, telephonic interpreter, adapt to changes, communicate proficiently English, establish relationships, navigate electronic work environment, knowledge of MS Office, operate PC, experience in detention/correctional or residential healthcare setting (preferred), strong oral/written communication, create and manage projects, excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, cultural competency, integrity/honesty, PSU fitness determination, US citizen, physical demands? Actually physical demands are separate; but we could include physical demands in Schedule? But schedule section is about hours; physical demands maybe part of Requirements? However we have no separate heading for Physical Demands; we could include under Requirements or Skills. Since we have no specific heading for physical demands, we can include under Requirements (maybe as part of job requirements). But we already have Requirements for education/experience; we could add physical demands there. However we might also create a separate section for Physical Demands if we had heading, but not in list. So we incorporate into Requirements or Skills. I'd put physical demands under Requirements as part of job requirements.
Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift, specific hours determined by ERO HQ and Field Office; travel may be required (workday and/or overnight travel reimbursed). We'll include that.
Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract details precisely.

About Lukos: company description (maybe not needed as substantive? It's about the employer; could be included under About the role? But we already have About the role as Job Objective. Could add a separate section "About the Employer" but not in allowed headings. So we may omit or incorporate into About the role? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should stick to those headings. The "About Lukos" is not required; we can drop it as it's not substantive to the role? It's company background; maybe we can include under About the role? But About the role is supposed to be job objective; we could extend it to include employer description. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including employer description may be okay under About the role. But
