We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Minimum Qualifications Summary: Certification & Education: Degree issuing institution must be accredited. Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or equivalent. Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral. - Experience Required: At least two years related experience (victims services, trauma-informed programming, immigrants/foreign-born individuals) and knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures, requirements conducting a case management program at local level. Experience working in or with victims or individuals in a confinement or custodial setting. At least two years experience providing services to vulnerable populations. Experience with and understanding of situations that contribute to family/individual stress, problems and crisis situations. - Job Objective: description of role. - Responsibilities: long list bullet points. - Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements: list of abilities. - Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements: description. - Travel Requirement: description. - Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree... Master’s degree preferred but not required. Maintains current certification in either AHA BLS or Red Cross CPR/BLS. As per CDC guidelines – candidates must provide proof of a negative TB skin test, as well immunization from Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella and Influenza. - Work Location: San Diego, CA - About Lukos: company description. We need sections: About the role (maybe Job Objective?), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Education & Certification?), Skills (maybe abilities), Benefits (maybe none?), Pay (none), Schedule (maybe duty hours). We must only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have content for: - About the role: could be Job Objective description. - Responsibilities: list. - Requirements: could be Minimum Qualifications Summary (education, language, experience). Also Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements. - Qualifications: Education & Certification (degree, certifications, TB test, immunizations). - Skills: abilities list (communication, PC, etc.) - Benefits: none explicit. Not mention benefits like health insurance, retirement. So we should not create Benefits section. - Pay: none. - Schedule: Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements includes duty hours (Monday-Friday day shift) and travel. So we can have Schedule section with duty hours and travel. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience" etc. We need to avoid filler. The posting includes "Knowledge of the case management process commensurate with training and education at a minimum at the bachelor’s level." That's a phrase "commensurate with training and education". That's maybe filler but it's actual content. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we should avoid including that line if it's just filler. However it's part of Minimum Job Requirements. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit that line? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The line "Knowledge of the case management process commensurate with training and education at a minimum at the bachelor’s level." is substantive? It says knowledge of case management process commensurate with training and education at a minimum at bachelor's level. That's somewhat vague but still info. However it's similar to "commensurate with training and education". The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is similar. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit that line? But we risk losing substantive info. However we could rephrase? Not allowed to invent or summarize away detail. We could keep it but it's borderline. I'd keep it because it's a requirement. We need to format as HTML: use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content goes into which section. Let's outline: Section About the role (

    About the role

): Use Job Objective paragraph. Section Responsibilities (

    Responsibilities

): Use bullet list of responsibilities. Section Requirements (

    Requirements

): Combine Minimum Qualifications Summary (education, language, experience) and Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements (abilities). Could be two sublists? But we can just make a single list. Section Qualifications (

    Qualifications

): Education & Certification (degree, certifications, TB test, immunizations). Section Skills (

    Skills

): Maybe the abilities list (communication, PC, etc.) but we already put some in Requirements. Might be better to separate: Requirements = education/experience; Skills = abilities. Let's decide. We have: - Minimum Qualifications Summary: education, language fluency, experience. - Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements: list of abilities (multicultural, telephonic interpreter, adapt to changes, communicate proficiently English, establish relationships, navigate electronic work environment, knowledge of MS Office, operate PC, experience in detention/correctional or residential healthcare setting preferred, strong oral/written communication, create and manage projects, excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, cultural competency, integrity/honesty, PSU fitness determination, US citizen, physical demands etc.) But physical demands etc are separate. Thus: Requirements section: education, language, experience. Skills section: abilities list (communication, PC, etc.) plus maybe PSU fitness determination, US citizen. Qualifications section: Education & Certification (degree, certifications, TB, immunizations). Schedule section: Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements + Travel Requirement. We must not include boilerplate like "The Department of Homeland Security’s Personnel Security Unit (PSU) must render an Initial Preliminary Favorable Fitness Determination..." That's substantive, keep. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat info. Let's extract precise sentences.
