OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Key content: - Minimum Qualifications Summary: Certification & Education: Degree issuing institution and or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree. Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral. - Experience Required: At least two (2) years of related experience (e.g., experience providing services to victims, trauma-informed programming, experience working with immigrants or foreign-born individuals) and have knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures and requirements conducting a case management program at a local level. Experience working in or with victims or individuals in a confinement or custodial setting. At least two (2) years of experience providing services to vulnerable populations. Experience with and an understanding of situations that contribute to family/individual stress, problems and crisis situations. - Job Objective: description of CRC role. - Responsibilities: long list bullet points. - Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements: list of knowledge/abilities. - Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements: Must perform duties in stressful austere environment without physical limitations. Must be capable of standing on hard services (cement floors) for long periods of time. This full-time position requires availability to work Monday – Friday day shift, specific hours determined by the ERO HQ and the Field Office. Travel Requirement: Workday travel and/or overnight travel may be required to perform some of the assigned duties, especially during surge support in designated ICE locations during crisis situations, Travel is reimbursed. - Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree. Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required. Maintains current certification in either the American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS) or the American Red Cross CPR/BLS Course. As per CDC guidelines – candidates must provide proof of a negative TB skin test, as well immunization from the following diseases: Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella and Influenza. - Work Location: Basile, LA - About Lukos: description of company. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe Job Objective?), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe Minimum Qualifications Summary + Experience Required?), Qualifications (Education & Certification?), Skills (Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements?), Benefits (maybe none? There's no explicit benefits like health insurance, etc. Not present. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not. So omit Benefits. Pay: Not mentioned. Omit. Schedule: We have duty hours: Monday-Friday day shift, specific hours determined. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that content. Also we might include Work Location as part of About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in list. Could fold into About the role as a short p. We need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats Education & Certification similar to Minimum Qualifications Summary. We should preserve all substantive info but not duplicate same content. We can combine. We must not include boilerplate like "The Department of Homeland Security’s Personnel Security Unit (PSU) must render an Initial Preliminary Favorable Fitness Determination..." That's part of Minimum Job Requirements? Actually it's under Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements? It appears after the list of skills. It's a requirement: must get favorable fitness determination, must be US citizen. That's substantive; we should keep. Also "Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements" we have. Also "Travel Requirement" we have. Also "About Lukos" is company description; could be part of About the role? Might be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Since we only have headings list, we could put under About the role a paragraph about Lukos. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none explicit. Now craft HTML. We'll have sections:

About the role

Job Objective: The Custody and Resource Coordinator (CRC) assists ERO Field Office and detention facility staff in maintaining a safe detention environment. The CRC also provides services and support to individuals on issues that commonly affect the ICE detained population and ICE mission such as responsive support to victims, trauma, sexual abuse and assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, and medical and mental health care. The duty location of each CRC will be at a designated ICE detention facility or ICE office. At each duty location, the CRC will be responsible for supporting ERO Field office and facility staff in their daily duties. Work Location: Basile, LA. About Lukos: Lukos delivers professional services to the Department of Defense. Lukos has been one of the most successful and most diversified support companies for US Special Operations Command and its components for over a decade. Since our founding, we have grown to support all military services and multiple federal civilian agencies. About Our Name: Lukos is ancient Greek for “wolf”. The characteristics of the wolf match our approach to national security. The wolf is known for cunning, aggression, patience, and teamwork. An individual wolf is smart, strong, and resilient, but the true strength of wolves is their ability to work together as a wolfpack. Kipling said it best in The Law of the Jungle. "For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack."

But we need to avoid too long paragraph? It's okay. Next

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet.

We'll put each as

    Requirements

maybe combine Minimum Qualifications Summary and Experience Required. We could have:

Certification & Education: Degree issuing institution and or program must be accredited by an entity recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree. Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required. Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Experience Required: At least two (2) years of related experience (e.g., experience providing services to victims, trauma-informed programming, experience working with immigrants or foreign-born individuals) and have knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures and requirements conducting a case management program at a local level. Experience working in or with victims or individuals in a confinement or custodial setting. At least two (2) years of experience providing services to vulnerable populations. Experience with and an understanding of situations that contribute to family/individual stress, problems and crisis situations.

Alternatively we could split into Requirements and Qualifications. But we have both headings available. Let's assign:

    Requirements

    for Experience Required.

    Qualifications

for Certification & Education + Education & Certification (including BLS, TB test, immunizations). But we also have Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements which could be Skills. Thus:

    Skills

for Minimum Job Requirements/Technical Requirements. Now we need to include Physical Demands/Duty Hours/On-Call Requirements and Travel Requirement under Schedule section. Schedule: Must perform duties in a stressful and often austere environment without physical limitations. We'll put that in Schedule. Now we need to include any other specifics like "Must be a U.S. citizen." and fitness determination. That could go under Requirements or Qualifications? It's a requirement. We'll put under Requirements maybe as a separate bullet. But we already have Requirements for experience; we could add a

for citizenship and fitness determination. Better to have Requirements section include experience, citizenship, fitness determination. Qualifications section include education, certification, BLS, TB test, immunizations. Skills section include technical abilities. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content. Let's draft. First, About the role: include job objective and work location and About Lukos. Second, Responsibilities: list. Third, Requirements: include experience required, citizenship, fitness determination. We'll write:

Experience Required: At least two (2) years of related experience (e.g., experience providing services to victims, trauma-informed programming, experience working with immigrants or foreign-born individuals) and have knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures and requirements conducting a case management program at a local level. Experience working in or with victims or individuals in a confinement or custodial setting. At least two (2) years of experience providing services to vulnerable populations. Experience with and an understanding of situations that contribute to family/individual stress, problems and crisis situations.
