Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure Quality Programming
- Collaborate with Academic team
- Recruit and Retain Girls
- Provide Counseling and Case Management Services
- Assess Psycho-Social Needs
- Provide Psycho-Educational Groups
- Support Crisis Intervention
- Support Family Support/Counseling
- Review and Approve Documentation
- Assist with Wrap-Around Care Services
- Hire, On-Board, Supervise, and Evaluate Team Members
- Facilitate Meetings and Provide Education
- Ensure Compliance and Reporting
- Oversee Training and Supervision
- Monitor External Service Providers
- Attend Community Meetings
Required Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling, or a related field
- Current Florida driver’s license
- Knowledge of case management and community behavioral health practices
- Understanding of culturally relevant needs of diverse populations
- Youth development knowledge
- Experience using personal computers and basic office equipment
- Preferred: Master’s degree with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Social Worker or meet licensing eligibility as a registered intern
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in an Educational or Social Services environment
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of laws relating to youth and families
- Experience in working in a multidisciplinary team
- Competencies in Trauma-Informed Care
Prefered Qualifications
