Social Services Manager
About the role
We are actively seeking a compassionate leader to join Hale Makua Health Services. As a Social Services Manager, you will support residents and families while leading meaningful social service programs.
Responsibilities
- Supervises Social Services Assistants
- Affirms that all residents and families are fully informed about "residents' rights."
- Provides individual and family counseling and case management services when necessary.
- Consults with members of the team, community, agencies, etc., to solve the needs and problems of the residents through the development of social service programs.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Experience in a health care setting preferred, supervisory experience preferred.
- Licensed by the State of Hawaii as a Social Worker
