The Position We're looking for a passionate Social Services Manager to plan, coordinate and implement the overall emotional and social needs program for residents. This position encompasses: Supervises Social Services AssistantsAssures that all residents and families are informed fully concerning "residents rights"Provides individual and family counseling and case management services to individuals and families when necessary.Provides consultation to members of the team, community, agencies, etc. in efforts to solve the needs and problems of the residents through the development of social service programs.
