In this role, you will do more than manage platforms; you will be a digital steward of our brand family, weaving together high-level strategy with the daily, heart-centered work of content creation and community building. We are seeking someone who finds joy in fostering authentic connections and who is eager to use their tactical skills to inspire our audience and elevate our shared digital presence. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of growing social channels, translating overarching business goals into compelling multi-platform campaigns, and staying directly involved in the day-to-day work of content creation, community engagement, and publishing. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Editorial Ownership: Own and execute the overarching social media strategy across all platforms. Maintain a dynamic, multi-brand content calendar that aligns daily postings with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns.Channel Management & Publishing: Oversee the day-to-day tactical execution, ensuring consistent, error-free posting schedules across multiple brand accounts and native workflows.Content Creation: Write high-converting copy, direct and shoot engaging short-form vertical video (Reels and TikToks), and curate aesthetic visual assets that resonate deeply with our target audiences.Community Cultivation: Direct active community engagement strategies, including monitoring comments, managing direct messages, and fostering authentic conversations to turn followers into active brand advocates.Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on channel KPIs. Translate analytical insights into actionable strategic pivots to continuously optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.Trend Integration & Innovation: Monitor shifting platform algorithms, viral cultural movements, and new features to swiftly experiment with and implement the newest digital tactics.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with internal creative, performance marketing, and product teams to integrate product launches and promotional campaigns seamlessly into the social ecosystem.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of content specialists, guiding creative direction, reviewing assets for quality and brand alignment, and streamlining production workflows to ensure seamless execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio proof).Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated social media management experience with a portfolio demonstrating measurable channel growth and high engagement across multiple platforms.Strategic Vision & Tactical Execution: Proven ability to zoom out to develop long-term digital strategies and zoom in to execute daily posting, copywriting, and media creation.Platform Expertise: Deep, native understanding of algorithms, content performance drivers, and audience behavior across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.Creative & Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in mobile photography, video production/pacing, CapCut, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.Brand Voice & Communication: Exceptional editorial and short-form copywriting skills, with the nuanced ability to adapt tone seamlessly across distinct brand identities while honoring Trinity Road’s mission.Project Management: Outstanding organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines, asset libraries, and multi-channel workflows independently.
