Social Media Strategist

This role is a hybrid position with the expectation of being onsite in NE Indiana multiple times a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X).
• Collaborate with various Bowen Health departments to produce social media content.
• Translate complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content that educates while driving engagement.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content.
• Ensure all social media content complies with HIPAA, privacy regulations, organizational policies, and healthcare marketing guidelines.
• Provide support for Bowen Health events.
• Create content in the form of copy, graphics, short-form video, and reels/stories.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a closely related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Two (2) years of professional social media experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance coverage.
• Up to 15% travel in the NE Indiana region.
• Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.

Physical Requirements

• Occupational Exposure Risk Classification: Minimal exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
• Minimal ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment.
• May require minimal physical exertion (bending, lifting, twisting) in the work area.
