Responsibilities

  • Develop visually appealing social media content, including graphics, short videos, captions, and simple video scripts based on established brand guidance.
  • Translate campaign themes and team direction into ready-to-publish content tailored for various social platforms.
  • Use design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software to create high-quality digital assets.
  • Manage the scheduling and publishing of posts to maintain a steady and organized social media presence.
  • Monitor channel activity and provide light audience engagement through interactions with users and relevant accounts.
  • Audit creative assets and messaging formats to suit the style and requirements of different social media channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure content reflects current priorities, brand voice, and visual standards.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-quality social content supported by a strong portfolio of visual and written work.
  • Proficiency with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience producing assets for social media channels, including static graphics, short-form video, and captions.
  • Comfortable working from broad direction and refining content independently in situations with evolving priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain consistency in tone, quality, and visual presentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital design, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong visual storytelling skills.
  • A sharp eye for design.
  • Ability to produce consistent, engaging content in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
