Responsibilities
- Brings the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions
- Performs preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and cleaning of mechanical equipment with a service-oriented and detail-focused approach
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing and test equipment while supporting an efficient operation
- Assists in refinishing furniture throughout the venue, contributing to an inviting fan experience
- Performs plaster repairs and paint maintenance to uphold facility standards in a service-oriented manner
- Aids the Lead Technician with troubleshooting and repairing systems while fostering a connected team environment
- Cleans and organizes the Technical Support area, maintaining a service-oriented and efficient workspace
- Documents all repairs and work daily, understanding, and utilizing the information collected to identify areas for improvement with an optimistic and solutions-focused mindset
- Works safely and maintains a safe, organized, and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed with an optimistic, service-oriented attitude while contributing to a memorable experience for fans (guests) and team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training
- Experience performing light maintenance and janitorial work
- Experience with electrical trade or other construction-related trades
- Advanced skill using hand, power, and specialty tools; experience using lifts
- Knowledge of and experience performing electrical, plumbing, and carpentry (e.g., drywall, framework, etc.)
- Ability to monitor regular preventative maintenance as well as ongoing maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of managers and employees and external contacts
- Ability to effectively monitor and manage employees and contractors
- Ability to identify problems and solve them independently
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age at the time of employment
